Darrell Sandlin 
Mr. Sandlin is the President of Carolina Heat Pipe. He has 40 years of Engineering Experience including roles as a Process Engineer, Manufacturing Facility Manger, Construction Manager, Global Energy Manager and Consulting Engineer.  
Darrell is an active member with Association of Energy Engineers for more than 18 years and is a Certified Energy Manager.

Darrell has been an ASHRAE Member for 22 years.  He is a voting member of ASHRAE TC 8.10 – Mechanical and Desiccant Dehumidification Equipment, Heat Pipes and Components.
2017 he began his current role as President of Carolina Heat Pipe, designing and integrating heat pipe solutions for energy efficient dehumidification and air to air energy recovery applications.  
Darrell earned his Batchelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from Indiana State University and his Master of Science in Building Construction and Facility Management from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
